      Best customer service ever!

      I love finding small owned businesses online that actually take the time to craft each product.

      Charlie is a very crazy energetic dog and has lost his tag twice. I emailed the customer service lady and immediate was sent a new order email as though I had ordered a new one and they also gave me a reusable bag and a 10% off code.

      Even though I was frustrated it fell off, they are so fabulous at responding and taking care of you with your order! Can’t wait to buy more from them.

      So cute

      I have bought a collar, leash, and some charms and tag for my dog in the past month. I am obsessed. the quality is so good. The leash has even helped him pull less on it and walk better. I love these products and recommended them to my friends/family. My only wish is that on the Pet ID tag that some of the fonts have a limit on characters so I was limited with his longer name. Other than that I love everything!!
