    Best customer service ever!

    I love finding small owned businesses online that actually take the time to craft each product.

    Charlie is a very crazy energetic dog and has lost his tag twice. I emailed the customer service lady and immediate was sent a new order email as though I had ordered a new one and they also gave me a reusable bag and a 10% off code.

    Even though I was frustrated it fell off, they are so fabulous at responding and taking care of you with your order! Can’t wait to buy more from them.

    Tag is just as expected.

    Tag looks just like the photo. I ordered the same font as in the display photo. It is such a classic. The only negative is that it had fallen out of the porch and was tossed around in the shipping bag, but still 5/5 stars!
