You have so many choices for personalization! Here is a list of all the products that can be personalized just for you:

• Collars: all collar buckles can be engraved, including collars that are part of a Walk Set or a set with a matching bow tie / lady bow
• ID Tags: all tags can be engraved on both sides
• Harnesses: all harness buckles can be engraved, including harnesses that are part of a Walk Set
• Bandanas: all non-reversible bandanas can be embroidered
• Beds: all pillow-style beds can be embroidered
• Sweaters: all sweaters can be embroidered
• Blankets: all blankets can be embroidered

Please note: personalized items are made just "fur" you and require 3-5 days of extra production time. This means that if you select standard shipping, your order could take 8-14 business days to arrive.

Selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout does NOT reduce the time it takes to personalize your item/s, it only impacts the shipping method.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate split shipments so your full order will ship once any personalized items are ready.

Please note all personalized items are final sale and not refundable, unless we make a mistake.

Personalized products are final sale because they are made just for you, so please double-check your personalization text! Of course, if the error is on our side, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Our products have certain character limits for embroidery and engraving based on the surface area of the product. For instance:

• For our bandanas, sweaters, beds and blankets, you can embroider up to 9 characters
• For our collar and harness buckles, you can engrave up to 12 characters for the name and 15 characters each for the phone number and address lines
• ID tags have the widest range of character count based on the font and tag size: from 5 characters for a Small Heart Tag in Luna font, to 11 characters for a Large Bone Tag in Hudson font
